Our First Aid Refresher course is designed to provide essential updates for individuals who are due for their First Aid at Work certificate renewal. Over the course of two days, participants will go through a range of critical first aid topics aimed at refreshing their skills and knowledge.
The primary goal of the First Aid Refresher Course is to equip delegates with updated techniques and protocols in first aid response. By the end of the two-day session, participants will renew their qualifications for another three years, ensuring they remain proficient and ready to handle a variety of first aid in the workplace situations.
The First Aid Refresher Course covers a comprehensive range of topics, including incident management. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate along for their renewed qualifications and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

First Aid Refresher Course (2 Day)
Training is provided by a Qualsafe Registered Provider, an awarding organisation recognised by OFQUAL.
OFQUAL is the regulator of First Aid qualifications, examinations and assessments in England.
This course is designed to accredit appointed first aiders in a higher risk environment or where a risk assessment shows that an appointed person is required.
On completion of training candidates will be assessed as competent and qualified first aiders.
This course will give delegates the confidence and certification to deliver first aid in a wide range of situations.
The content of this course provides basic lifesaving and first aid, covering the following:
- The role of the first aider
- Fainting
- Managing an emergency
- Health and safety (first aid) regulations
- Communication and casualty care
- Resuscitation (adult CPR)
- Bleeding (minor and severe)
- Seizures (adult)
- Burns
- Shock
- Choking (adult)
- Unconscious casualty
All course materials, lunch and light refreshments are included. Delegates must ensure they wear appropriate, comfortable clothing
