Bookings and Refunds
Giving you the facts about attendance and cancellations
If a delegate is unable to attend, another delegate may attend in their place.
If the booking is cancelled the following refunds will apply:
- 28 days prior to course 75% refund
- 14 days prior to course 50% refund
- 7 days prior to course 25% refund
- Less than 7 days 0% refund
If the course has to be cancelled by Foley and Baugh you will be offered alternative dates or a full refund.
Strictly 30 days – Course certifications will be issued only following payment
